- No, it is up to you to determine the proper shipping method for your situation. Many of my items simply cannot be replaced due to limited supply

- Yes, as long as the order(s) hasn’t shipped. Send an email to beebopgenetics@gmail.com to make adjustments

- If you live in a bad area where people steal packages, I can offer a signature confirmation option. There will be a surcharge that will be added on to your total, but it gives peace of mind. If your package is stolen there is no way for me to verify it since I can only go off of a USPS tracking number.

- A tracking number will be provided to you once your item ships. It can be tracked via usps.com

- Photos are taken of each and every order for reference. If you’re missing an item please email me, reference your order number and I will go back and look at the photos. If your item is in fact missing, I will mail it out to you right away. If it isn’t, I will email you the photo. I will not replace any items or “take your word for it” if the missing item is in the photo, please don’t ask.

- Once items are shipped no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. No exceptions. If items haven’t shipped refunds are available.

- Seeds come sealed in original breeder packaging, unless otherwise noted.
